It's been almost two months since I last updated anything to my web site. I am a bit tired of the maintenance, and is taking it a bit slow. So I will apologize to all those waiting for the pictures that were supposed to be here six months ago.

Once my travel slows down I promise all the pictures will be up... hopefully soon.

Meanwhile, my brother Philip e-mailed me a recent picture of him and my grandma:

My good friends Aaron and Nancy had their baby girl this morning! Kaitlyn Eunice White was born 8 pounds and 2 ounces, 20 inches long. According to Aaron both mom and baby are doing well.

Congratulations Aaron and Nancy! As long as I am allowed to use your Jacuzzi and the in-ground pool you will always have a babysitter

After talking to my brother and some friends who claim they can never remember how to spell s-c-h-l-a-u-l-a-u, I have decided to register lewislau.com for 10 years, yet at the same time keep the schlaulau domain for another 3 years.

The goal is to slowly phase schlaulau out... Once I have some free time (funny concept, isn't it?) I will slowly remove all html files from schlaulau.com...

Oh yeah - let me know what you all think of my new flash logo...

Hello everyone. I am spending a lovely week in Des Moines, Iowa, training a customer. Does anybody know why everything closes at 11pm...? Tried to go to dinner last night and Applebees was closed, Rock Bottom Brewery was closed... even ("We're open late!") Wendy's was closed!

Anyway... just found this real cool web site, demonstrating viewing objects at the power of 10.

It seems like danchan's we : blog system is having some problems these days with its server (which hosts all of schlaulau's "random thoughts" section).
